I find joy in arranging objects.

― Claire Lee

The symbolic or real pilgrimages can take many forms, from the little things we do every day in our homes to bigger things we set out to achieve. Even ordinary objects like dishcloths, mirrors, and chairs can be materials for re-creation by Claire. She manifests her emotional journey through recreating objects, changing them and then writing about them in the form of poetry and prose.

On The Verge is the latest poetry collection published by Claire. This collection spans across six years, which shows you Claire’s imaginative visions of ordinary moments with objects. It also shows you the shared experiences of loss and loneliness that people go through during personal and global conflicts. These poems and prose takes you on a spiritual journeys. Through them, Claire expresses a deeper, more expansive understanding of the complexities of life.
